Javeria Khan serves on the Board of Directors of The Aura Foundation with a deep commitment to people, community, and the belief that healing and opportunity should be accessible to all. Her decision to serve on the board is rooted in a shared vision of expanding wellness, education, leadership, and empowerment through holistic and trauma-informed approaches.

Javeria is currently a Senior Training Manager at Cresco Labs, where she leads learning and development initiatives focused on onboarding, leadership growth, and team development across diverse, multi-site operations. Her work emphasizes creating inclusive environments, building strong leadership pipelines, and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential.

With over a decade of experience in learning and development, human resources, and organizational leadership, Javeria has partnered with organizations including HelloFresh / Factor_75, Bayard Advertising, Ferrara Candy Company, and Kantar. Throughout her career, she has designed programs that strengthen teams, elevate communication, and foster cultures centered on growth and belonging.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology. Through her service on the board, Javeria supports The Aura Foundation’s pillars of Community Wellness, Women’s Leadership, Holistic Education, Business Empowerment, and Mental Health & Trauma-Informed Care, helping ensure that education and leadership opportunities remain accessible and impactful.
