With over 25 years of experience in engineering operations, Hector brings a steady, values-driven approach to leadership, grounded in accountability, precision, and long-term thinking. His decision to serve on the board reflects his belief that true wellness is built through consistency, trust, and care for the whole person.

Professionally, Hector has spent more than two decades at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, where he works in engineering operations and product testing. His career has been defined by attention to detail, systems thinking, and responsibility — skills that translate naturally into governance, stewardship, and sustainable community impact.

Beyond his professional background, Hector is deeply known for his empathetic leadership and lifelong commitment to service. He hosts a bi-monthly men's support circle, creating a safe and supportive space for men to openly share challenges, learn from one another, and receive mental and emotional support. This work reflects his belief that healing and growth are strengthened through honesty, vulnerability, and shared wisdom — values that align closely with The Aura Foundation's focus on Mental Health & Trauma-Informed Care and Community Wellness.

Hector is married and the proud father of five boys, a role that continually shapes his dedication to leading with compassion, resilience, and integrity. He is intentional about modeling emotional intelligence, accountability, and healthy living, believing that leadership begins at home and extends outward into the community.

In addition to his work in engineering and wellness, Hector is pursuing real estate with a focus on land and development that honors a deeper connection to place, sustainability, and long-term community well-being.
