With more than 25 years of experience in engineering operations and product testing, Hector brings a grounded, systems-oriented perspective to the Foundation’s work and long-term sustainability.

Professionally, Hector has spent over two decades at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, where he supports engineering operations and product testing with precision, consistency, and a focus on continuous improvement. His professional experience has shaped his approach to leadership, emphasizing responsibility, reliability, and thoughtful problem-solving.

Beyond his professional career, Hector is known for his empathetic leadership and dedication to supporting others. He facilitates a bi-monthly men’s support circle that offers a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue, emotional expression, and mutual learning. This work reflects his belief that healing is strengthened through community, honesty, and shared experience.

Hector is married and the proud father of five boys, a role that reinforces his commitment to living with purpose, compassion, and strong values. He strives to lead by example through emotional intelligence, resilience, and healthy living. In addition, he is pursuing real estate with a focus on land and development that encourages a deeper connection to community and sustainability.
